Anthem creates a bespoke song from the story you share with us. Our writers, composers and singers work on every order: the lyrics, the music and the recording are produced for one person only, and the finished song is yours to keep.

• Original lyrics written from the details you provide.
• An original recorded song, delivered within 24 hours of payment.
• A private listening page with MP3 and PDF downloads.
• Unlimited revisions, included at no extra cost.

3. Placing an order

You place an order by completing the questionnaire and paying the price shown before confirmation. The contract is formed once payment is accepted and we send you an order confirmation by email. You must be at least 18 years old to order.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include all applicable taxes. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are never stored by Anthem. Optional extras are charged separately and only when you choose them.

5. Delivery

Songs are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment, or within 12 hours if you select express delivery. If we ever miss the promised delivery window, contact us and we will put it right or refund you in full.

6. Your content

You confirm that the story and details you share are yours to share, and that they are not unlawful, hateful or defamatory. We may decline an order whose content breaches this rule and refund it in full. You keep ownership of the story you send us.

7. Rights in the song

Once your order is paid, you may listen to, download and share your song for personal, non-commercial use, including at private events. Commercial use, broadcasting and resale require our prior written agreement.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time your order was placed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
