1. Data controller

Korven LLC, 412 N Main St Suite 100, Buffalo, WY 82834, USA, is the controller of the personal data collected through Anthem. Contact: hello@anthem.fr.

2. What we collect

• Your email address, used to confirm your order and deliver your song.
• The answers you give in the questionnaire, including the story behind the song.
• Payment confirmations from Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage data (pages viewed, device type) to keep the site working well.

3. Why we use it

We use your data to perform the contract between us (writing, recording and delivering your song), to keep you informed about your order, and — where you have not opted out — to send you a small number of reminder emails if you leave an order unfinished. Our advertising measurement relies on our legitimate interest in understanding which campaigns work.

4. How long we keep it

Order data is kept for three years after delivery so we can honour revisions and answer questions. Unfinished orders are deleted after 90 days. Accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.

5. Who we share it with

• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Resend, for sending transactional emails.
• Our hosting and database providers, to store your order securely.
• Meta, for advertising measurement, using hashed identifiers only.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the United Kingdom. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your data where we no longer need it;
• stop using your data for marketing;
• restrict or object to certain processing.

8. Cookies

We use the cookies needed to run the site and to measure our advertising. You can refuse non-essential cookies at any time in your browser settings.
