Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an order for digital content and receive a full refund.

2. When that right ends

Because your song is digital content made to your specification, you are asked at checkout to consent to production starting immediately and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the song has been delivered to you. Until delivery, you can cancel at any time for a full refund.

3. Revisions come first

If the song is not quite right, tell us. Revisions are unlimited and free: we will rewrite or re-record until you are happy. Most concerns are resolved this way within a few hours.

4. When we refund anyway

• We miss the promised delivery window.
• The song is faulty, unusable or does not match your brief and revisions have not fixed it.
• You cancel before the song has been delivered.
• We decline your order for any reason.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@anthem.fr with your order reference. We answer within one working day and, where a refund is due, it is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

6. Optional extras

Express delivery and the complete pack follow the same rules: refundable before the extra has been delivered, and always refunded if we fail to deliver it.
